Dave Pfeiffer
Creative Director, A.K.A. “The Thundercloud”

A seasoned Jedi Master of cool design, David leads Studio MWW, the firm’s killer in-house creative department. With a bakers’ dozen years of experience under his belt, he works closely with the crew on creative concepts, presentation layouts, advertising, marketing collateral and custom interactive solutions that win client and industry accolades. His personal mission is to make every project spectacular with hopes of avoiding the bottomless pit of ordinary creative.

Hobbies: Raining down thunderous bolts of lightning on bad designs, talking smack about PowerPoint, preaching the art of typography (especially line spacing) and saving the planet from people who don’t recycle. When David takes off his Director’s cap, he enjoys spending time with his family, communing with nature, outsmarting cunning trout and counting the days until the next camping trip.

Mike Petite
Graphic Designer

“All things in moderation” sounds like a recipe for mediocrity to me. Let’s cut loose the deadweight, binge on awesome, overindulge in excellence and refuse to settle for anything short of greatness.

Born in 1981, received a BFA in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey in 2004, and gained experience at a number of design agencies and in-house creative teams in the years that followed. Currently stoking a pragmatic approach to post-modern design with a steady diet of couscous and loud music, seeing the world in RGB and bleeding CMYK as a graphic designer at Studio MWW, and spending time off the clock as a paddler, climber, hiker, runner, trail-rider, tourist, transient and nerd.

Annie Chatenka
Graphic Designer

Annie Chatenka started her career in 2007 as a junior graphic designer with MWW Group. As an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the team, Annie is known for her fresh ideas and unique creative approach. A true designer at heart, Annie’s love for her Wacom tablet, in addition to her extreme skills with an X-Acto knife set her apart from the average “lasso-tool-loving” creative folk. In her time at MWW Group, Annie has jazzed it up for many clients including 1-800 Flowers, Nikon, Gold’s Gym and Hillshire Farm (GO MEAT!). Though she is constantly refining her personal style, Annie is dead set on her “go big or go home” mentality and continues to be inspired by great design every day.

Annie graduated from Seton Hall University with honors, earning a degree in graphic design and advertising. Her life goals include joining the peace corps, traveling the world and discovering the perfect handwritten font.
